💖 Return Policy

At Bless Charm, we’re dedicated to helping every woman feel confident, comfortable, and fabulous. We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right—and we’re here to make that process as smooth as possible.


🛍️ Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns on the following:

  • Clothing: Dresses, tops, pants, skirts, etc.

  • Shoes: Heels, flats, boots, sandals, and sneakers.

  • Bags: Handbags, clutches, totes, and crossbody bags.

  • Accessories: Scarves, belts, non-pierced jewelry, sunglasses.

⚠️ The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings)

  • Beauty or skincare products

  • Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) unless faulty


⏳ Return Timeline

  • All returns must be initiated within 28 days of delivery.

  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving approval for return.


📦 Item Condition Requirements

To be accepted for return, items must be:

  • In new condition

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

  • Have original tags and packaging

  • Free from makeup, deodorant marks, or fragrance


🚚 Step-by-Step Return Instructions

  1. Email our support team at support@blesscharm.com with your order number and item(s) you'd like to return.

  2. We will review your request and, if eligible, send a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.

  3. Pack your item securely in its original packaging and label it with your RA number.

  4. Ship via a trackable courier service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are not refundable unless the item is faulty.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at info@blesscharm.com.

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color:

  • Return the original item

  • Place a new order online


📦 International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping, customs duties, and any related fees.

  • We recommend checking local customs policies to avoid unexpected charges.


⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos and a brief description.

  • We’ll make it right—either with a refund, replacement, or store credit.
